How do I get started?
Give us a call to set up an appointment with our staff. If you are building a new home, we will set up an appointment for you to come view our showroom. If you are remodeling your existing home, we can come to you.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Why should I choose Kirkland Cabinets & Innovations over warehouse prefabricated cabinets?
Kirkland Cabinets & Innovations can design your cabinets specifically to your needs and to your space. Prefabricated cabinets can leave you with blind spots and dead space. When we build your cabinets, we build to an exact 16th increment as opposed to the preset sizes of prefabricated cabinets. These reasons allow for many more options that are not available with the prefabricated lines.
What are your cabinets made from?
Our cabinets’ exteriors are constructed using all hardwood materials and the interiors are all plywood. They are made from quality wood like Oak, Ash, and Maple, to name a few. You will not find any of our products made with particle board or imitation veneers.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No, you do not need an appointment to visit our showroom. However, an appointment is preferred. We would like to be sure that the room is not already booked for another customer and that you have a one-on-one experience with our staff, should you have any questions.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes, we give one free estimate per project to each customer. Should you need additional estimates, a fee will apply. We will modify options on an existing estimate at no charge.
What is your service area?
We mostly serve the areas of North Alabama and Southern Tennessee. However, we have installed as far south as Dothan, Alabama. Special fees for travel may apply depending on the area in question. Feel free to contact us to see if we can travel to your area.
Do you fix scratches, damages, and functionality problems?
We do not offer this kind of service. However, if you purchased your products from us, you may have a warranty associated to the parts in question. Contact us if you have any questions about your warranty.
Do your finishes have UV protectant?
Yes. We work with our manufacturers and their latest technologies to make sure the materials we are offering have non-yellowing properties, moisture resistance, and are competitively priced. Water proofing can be offered as market availability allows and at an upgraded price.
How are your drawer boxes constructed?
We can construct according to your needs. Semi-dado; glued and nailed box, or the popular dove-tailed style are both offered.The dove-tailed style will be made from solid wood such as Poplar or Maple.
Do you offer a warranty?
Kirkland Cabinets & Innovations offers a 1-year Warranty from the date of purchase on our cabinets. This warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to 1 year.
If a malfunction occurs, the warranty will cover the repair or replacement of the defective product, but not the expenses of removal, shipment, or installation incurred.
The warranty will not cover normal wear and tear, misuses, abuse, improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity, damage caused by water/inside plumbing malfunctions, or damages caused by a customer, contractors, and/or subcontractors on site during the construction process.
Exceptions will apply with some hardware vendors for hinges, pulls, knob, etc. offering extended, limited, or lifetime warranties.
